If we have shortlisted your application and think you are a good match for the role, we’ll be in touch to organise an interview. We want everyone to feel comfortable when meeting our teams so remember to be yourself.
Your interview could take many forms as we hold a variety of interviews for different positions. Most roles will consist of a face-to-face interview or an online video call. For our seasonal positions, we hold regular assessment days from February through to the summer months.
You will be told in advance the interview format and we will let you know what you need to prepare in plenty of time. In the interview, the hiring team will explain the next steps and when you can expect to hear back.
Congratulations! We are delighted that you are considering joining us. You will shortly receive a formal written offer from our recruitment team which will detail the information about your offer, such as the salary or suggested start date. The letter will also outline next steps about how to accept, which will move your application into the onboarding phase of the recruitment process.
